My Offerings
Dreaming is an important tool in all of my offerings because we are living in a time that promises us all we can eat, but allows us little time and space to ask ourselves, what can we swallow. We suffer from information overload, much of which is white supremacy dressed up as culture. Much of which is capitalism convincing us we can never be enough or do enough, and on top of it all, many of us are also doing the hard work of trying to heal generational trauma while still fighting generational battles to simply survive. In essence, we need more time, and more space to listen to our own thoughts, to discern our own wants, needs and desires and to get back in tune with who we want to be in the world, how we want to move in the world and what we want to build and who we want to build with.

How I Help People Gather
I help people gather in ways that support honest conversation, and connection across difference. Through intentional design and facilitation, I create spaces where belonging, accountability, and generative conflict are not only possible but encouraged. My approach centers practices that prevent the replication of harm and instead foster trust, alignment, and deep relational work. Whether in meetings, workshops, or long-term collaborations, I support groups in building the cultural foundation needed for sustainable and liberatory change.

How I Help People Learn
I help people learn by using peer-to-peer education models that honor the wisdom in the room and create space for collective growth. My approach invites participants to practice tools for being together—tools that support cultural competency, equity, and belonging, while also building the skills needed to navigate power and conflict with integrity. I offer frameworks and facilitation that support leadership development, organizational change, and the co-creation of workplace cultures where everyone can thrive. Whether we’re naming dynamics of power or envisioning the organization we want and need, I guide people in learning with and from each other, so the knowledge lives beyond the workshop and into everyday practice.

Transform Together
How I Help Organizations Transform
I support organizations in transformative change by guiding them through deep organizational self-reflection that uncovers the gaps between their stated mission, vision, and values and their actual behaviors and practices. Using equity-centered frameworks, I help groups examine how their systems, norms, and culture—especially those rooted in white dominant values—may be upholding anti-Blackness, exclusion, and harm. Together, we surface what needs to shift and how change happens through intentional, consistent, and transparent efforts grounded in accountability, care, and relationship. My work helps organizations move from performative statements to embodied practices that align with their values and create the conditions for justice and belonging to thrive.
