My Offerings
Dreaming is an important tool in all of my offerings because we are living in a time that promises us all we can eat, but allows us little time and space to ask ourselves, what can we swallow. We suffer from information overload, much of which is white supremacy dressed up as culture. Much of which is capitalism convincing us we can never be enough or do enough, and on top of it all, many of us are also doing the hard work of trying to heal generational trauma while still fighting generational battles to simply survive. In essence, we need more time, and more space to listen to our own thoughts, to discern our own wants, needs and desires and to get back in tune with who we want to be in the world, how we want to move in the world and what we want to build and who we want to build with.

Individual & Group Dreaming
Having a hard time seeing beyond the moment? Can’t quite determine how to move forward with that art project, or decision that has already been made, but you are finding it difficult to move on. Feeling like your dreams are out of reach and you can’t quite articulate what your desires are anymore anyway. Maybe you need some help to find the space and the time to just think deeply about what is really important to you and what might be standing in your way to being in your purpose.
I also dream with groups and organizations. Dreaming and sharing those dreams in community is an amazing opportunity to build more connection, more camaraderie and to strengthen bonds of purpose and direction in groups and organizations. Over and over again people tell me how wonderful it is to be given permission to dream and to share those dreams with others in a shame and judgment free setting. Dreaming is indeed a revelation and a gift.
Individual Dreaming Session: $200 for a 1 hour session
Group Dreaming Session: $500 for 1 and a half hour session of 5-15 people

Coaching
I work with leaders who are interested in getting assistance with centering relationships and reimagining what leadership can look and feel like while leading with empathy, compassion, and an understanding of how anti-Blackness, and white supremacy culture permeates many of our institutions and ways of doing business and offering services and hinders us in our pursuit of a more equitable workplaces and a more equitable world.
I can help you discover, and articulate your mission, values, commitments and purpose. I can help you locate and cultivate allies and resources that will help you shape and activate the kind of workspace and working relationships that will move you closer to realizing your dreams for a safer, care prioritized and sustainable leadership model.
One 1 hour coaching session : $200 an hour with a $100 discount when booking multiple sessions of four or more.
